Shabu-shabu hot pot from the restaurant noted for being the first in Japan to introduce Kurobuta pork, a heritage breed of pig coveted by gourmets. In order to maximize the sweetness and softness of the pork, they serve it by their original style of lightly cooking thin slices of meat in their secret mild soup. Eat the ribs with the original soup, and loin with the soup mixed with a locally produced egg. Shabu-shabu is provided only as a course meal (Lunch 3,240 yen~, Dinner 4,320 yen~).
In the Shabu-shabu course, vegetable, side dishes, a Kurobuta pork croquette, special hand-made thin udon noodles, and other items are included.
The Kurobuta pork is beautifully arranged on a plate like flower petals. Two kinds of meat are available: ribs served with a clear soup, and sirloin served with a soup mixed with locally produced eggs.
There are private rooms for guests who prefer an quieter space. There are also tables to casually enjoy the meal on the 1st floor.
