A standard sweet of a patisserie run by MORIHICO., a noted roaster in Hokkaido, Marie Pierre’s pudding (388 yen). High-grade vanilla beans from Madagascar and fresh milk from Hokkaido are used. With the rich caramel sauce at the bottom adding a slightly bitter flavor, it pairs well with coffee. Its smooth texture melting in your mouth is addictive.

Cakes are also as popular as the pudding. From left, melty-textured Gateau fromage (453 yen), light-tasting Gateau chocolat (453 yen), and the irresistible bitterness and flavor of the caramelized Chiboust (518 yen).

Seasonal ingredients are used for cakes displayed in the showcase. Menu changes from time to time.
