A noted food of Sapporo, spicy soup curry helps beat the summer’s heat.

A long-awaited revival of an established soup curry specialty restaurant that closed in 2018. Their famous soup, made by simmering for 48 hours, has a robust flavor from the condensed essence of its ingredients with a lightness achieved by removing oil from the broth. Why don’t you consider some of the dishes from their menu that include a variety of meat or fish?

Seafood curry (1,680 yen) uses a wealth of fish, clams, oysters, scallops, etc.

Mille-feuille cabbage curry with bacon (1,350 yen). Layered ingredients, such as cabbage, minced chicken, and cheese, stimulates our appetites.

By filtering the chicken broth multiple times to create a clear soup, a light and smooth taste of the condensed essence of its ingredients is achieved.
