A springy and fluffy roll cake made by abundantly using locally produced eggs.

Itoshima roll 12 cm (1,470 yen after tax) is made using a high-grade brand of egg Tsumandegoran, whose yolk can be picked up with your fingers. Fluffy, springy, and filling sponge cake is created with the egg white that foams well and a domestically produced, pesticide-free flour. It has a clean aftertaste with lightly sweetened fresh cream. It is a popular item that eighty percent of the guests order. A 18 cm size (1,890 after tax) is also sold.

The second most popular sweet is Salt koji (rice malt) caramel roll (578 yen/cut). It has a slightly bitter taste with walnut in the cream.

Another item using Tsumandegoran egg is Pudding (378 yen each). Made with local Itomonogatari milk, it has a simple but rich flavor.

A café space is annexed to the shop. You can use it as a rest spot during your Itoshima trip.
