A regular casual gourmet item from open-air food stalls has become a nutritious dish!

Lu Wei, various ingredients boiled together in a soup loved by local people, is made only with fresh vegetables to be healthy and suitable for vegetarians. Select what you like from 50 kinds of ingredients (20 yuan~) including vegetables, mushrooms, and noodles, and simmer them in a spicy, nourishing soup based on traditional Chinese medicine.

Packaged vegetables are exhibited. These compostable original packages are made from corn, which will decompose and return to the Earth.

All of the fresh vegetables on the wall are purchased from the market every day. The wall uses green as a vibrant accent color, giving it the shop’s interior a bold presence.

This restaurant is popular with health-conscious young Taiwanese. The stylish space is always filled with guests.
