Lamb karahi (3,600 yen) is a local special dish of Namak Mandi, an old urban area in Peshawar. Lamb on the bone is fried, and its fat is mixed with tomato to make the sauce. Diced ginger is an accent to the texture and flavor of lamb simply seasoned with salt to bring out the taste of its ingredients. The sour flavor in it matches very well with the home-made Nan (350 yen/ piece).
